CIA Customers' Charter - Terms & Conditions

We will undertake to design a course of tuition to match your specific needs, which will thoroughly prepare you for your driving test and beyond.

Your driving test will be booked as soon as your instructor considers it appropriate, bearing in mind your aptitude, ability, and test waiting times.

You will follow CIA's Step-by-Step planned tuition programme.

At no time will your instructor smoke during lessons.

Your tuition will be on a one-to-one basis, with no other pupils in the car.

You will receive a full hour's tuition on each lesson.

We undertake to provide you with a modern. Clean and presentable dual controlled car for your lessons.

All payments (except for gift vouchers) should be made directly to your instructor. You are required to pay for one lesson in advance only (except intensive courses). Unless payment has been made directly to CIA, any repayments for lessons not taken are the responsibility of your instructor. Cheques should be accompanied with a current cheque guarantee card.

Forty-eight hours notice is required for cancellations, except intensive courses, where 10 days notice is required. Otherwise the full fee will be payable.

Although every effort is made to be prompt, this is not always possible because of occasional traffic delays. Please allow your instructor 15 minutes' leeway.

Our Instructors are carefully selected, and offer the finest standard of tuition available. They are chosen for their teaching skill, patience, motoring knowledge, and professionalism. However, if for any reason you feel that you are not getting the level of service that you expect, please do not hesitate to contact our administration office.

CIA and your instructor cannot accept any responsibility for injury loss or damage arising from your driving lessons.

Your instructor is an independent operator acting under franchise with CIA.
